These services may vary depending on the Contractor/Comp.
However, generally speaking this is the step by step procees.

* Contracting roofs, siding, drone, multi-media, or other services may add variables to the steps,
but in general this is the order of procedure, by most accounts.


 Step 1]   Initial On-Site Consulting (pictures, measurements
                Clients submit square footage and product preferences.
                (our roofing services, have the capacity to use
                Drone & Satellite Imagery to tally measurements)         
Step 2]    If Necessary, An additional On-Site Consult to affirm design, 
                Any additional measurements, design, & details configured.
                Clients look at sample materials, color pallets, etc.
                Walk through typical construction procedures, 
                Information walk through ~ QnA
Step 3]    Sales/Contractor submits a formal project quote
                and the bid is agreed upon by the client.
                (If Insurance is involved, this would involve SUPPLIMENTING.
                Supplementing Insurance is crucial: it insures that clients are                    getting the best product for their coverage, no materials are                    missed by adjusters, and that all parties are on the same page)

Step 4]    Client down payment 50% of total project. [Varies per contractor]
                Sales hands off project to Contractor for Material Supplies.
                Preparations made for Contractor to arrive...
                (ex. dates set for project, site cleared for work team, etc...)

Step 5]    ~ Contractor arrives On-Site ~
                DAY ONE / PREPARATION for renovation
                generally it takes a full day to prep a site, maybe two...


Step 6]    Optional services may be offered at the beginning of work order
                Check with sales rep. or on site contractor.


Step 7]    DAY TWO / FINISH Final Touches
                Depending on work order, residential vs. commercial,
                this step could be day two or day five.
                *Quality Control is important to our contractors.
Step 8]   Touch Up, Insurance Invoiced (if applicable) Final Payment, 
                and Client move in, or completion of services...
