Consulting Platform that will have Expanding Services.

... Meet the Campbell Family.
The Campbells have made Minnesota our home since 1997.
We have dabbled with a number of business ventures over the years.

songwriter, and currently operates her own cleaning business,
as well as a resourceful caretaker
for many of the widows in our community.
She has an eye for the arts - and so most of our 4 kids gene-pool
comes from her talented and disciplined nature.
When she isn't consumed by all the above, we run an NGO
based in Uganda (East Africa) ~ Sisters of Hope International.
As of the Fall of 2022 she became the CEO of SOHI.

time overseas is spent consulting, encouraging others,
and investing in their sustainable future.
Practicing generosity in the face of scarcity
is one of the ways we want to make Jesus proud.

Tori - is an aspiring artist
to our wonderment - she has not gone public yet -
with much to offer; digital (graphic) art, and sketching.
...and her singing voice, and songwriting craft are AMAZING.

She has wore a number of hats in recent years, Barista,
Assistant to the Regional Manager (Everything Camp Lebanon),
currently Teaching @ Christian School (Art, Music, Drama).

and they are residing in St. Cloud, MN.
Anika - is currently in Texas (Dallas/San Antonio)
where she is honing her craft of Dance
She is part of the Residency Program of Zion Dance Project.
Yet, I think her real passion is capturing story on camera & film
She has recently started her own business, here is the link

Anika has moved to San Antonio,
Teaching Dance & Planting Churches (Prayer Houses),
an additional Prayer House is being planned for L.A. 2024
Trey - graduated college and
started his own business venture - TS Encompass LLC.
However, he is likely to follow in his sisters' footsteps with a dream
of making a career out of Isolation Dance, and is ridiculously good.
(not my gene-pool).

Amelia - broke into her double digits
She has an artistic eye for baking,
and without pressure from the family
she is maturing in her own dance skill set beyond
where her siblings were at this point (not that I'm comparing).
She also is becoming quite the entrepreneur, find her on youtube

...and then there is The Dad (Phil)
~ more than the sum of my tribe (family)
~ more than the perception of my community (pastor)
~ more than the label of my job (drone pilot/consultant)
Though these things have helped define my roles
and how I earnestly try to put bread on the table,
I am much less than these roles give me credit for.
Also, I am much more than the limited scope of those boxes.
I am a mortal being with flaws and failures,
that show up more often than I like,
but my feet are in two worlds, I am not my own anymore.
I'm persuaded that what Jesus did by way of his
Death and Resurrection - and taking him up on
the life exchange program (his for mine, mine for his)
that I'm participating right now in the immortality to come.
[I know that sounds crazy - and it for sure is not fully realized yet].
Yet I'm convinced that to be fully human is to have perspective or
wisdom, outside of yourself, and ultimately there is vantage point
that allows us to care deeply for the one who created us,
and love other fellow human beings - wanting the best for them,
as a representative of someone is participating in Jesus life.

2022
Phase 1 ~ pray, research, file,
and secure all the official paper work
to make us a legitimate business recognized by the state.
[being above reproach when it comes to the tax man]
Phase 2 ~ pray, network with existing businesses,
pursue licensure - bonus: I just passed the test
I'm now a licensed UAS Commercial Pilot (Part 107)
[sounds fancy: it simply means
I can get paid flying a Drone w/FAA approval.
Phase 3 ~ Pray, shadow people in the business world.
Floor Guy, Roof Guy, Agg. Guy, Septic Guy, etc...
Informal and formal training with materials,
sales, software, quality control, etc...
Phase 4 ~ Pray, dig in full-time.
Acquire assets to build the business,
and don't neglect people and mission as we go.
Yet refine the skill set of business.
Get good at product, procedure, and people.
Phase 5 ~ Pray, re-evaluate
What is lacking? Where can we make improvements?
What sectors should require more devotion?
Is there margin to continue in the current trajectory?
Is there margin to do more?
Is there margin to take margin?
2023
Phase 6 ~ Pray, (Pay our Taxes), Network Again.
Expand our Consulting Services w/General Contractors.
Be faithful with the little and the anticipated much...
Phase 7 ~ Expand the BaM Quotient, Business as Mission!
Both Domestic & Foreign Markets.
We have acquired SOHI! [Sisters of Hope International]
an NGO with it's home base in UGANDA (East Africa)

Oh Yeah, because I left it out earlier...
the Husband (Phil) has had many hats in the past,
before he wore the Pastor's Hat: Custodian @ Menahga High,
Caretaker @ Summerfield Place Apts. Franchise Maintenance Tech,
Pawn Shop (small loans officer), Heavy Equip Operator,
Owned Small Landscaping Businesses, Property Manager,
Info guy @ Meadowbrook Mall, A.D. for a Resort,
Pastor, Keynote Teacher (with all the extras: Multi-Missions,
Camp Host/Speaker, Counselor, Advisor, Officiant responsibilities.)
Besides our own Log-Home and In-Law apartment,
I've done just enough construction to be dangerous,
and I worked one whole day for Kirby Vacuums as a salesman.
... so to step back into blue-collar world has been humbling,
and nothing short of a miracle...
But, God just wants me to be a willing participant.
We are trusting him to bring the increase.
We wish to be faithful with little,
with the hopes that we will be worthy of being faithful with much!
